passed but still I await,

hoping you would come

I constantly stare at the gate.

Never imagined you would

be so far away,

that to see you & feel you

I’ll have to dream all day.

For loving an animal so much

maybe they’ll think I’m mad,

they’ll never get to see you

for them I feel bad.
